At IavalkVe™, we want customers to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing from our store. This policy explains how eligible returns and refunds are handled for soap products and related items.

30-Day Return Window

If an item is not what you expected, you may submit a return request within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and kept in their original condition. When possible, products should also be returned with their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Please note that some items may not qualify for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific restrictions.

Return Process

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, the IavalkVe™ customer support team will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or shipping error, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by IavalkVe™.
